I bought my car from nissan around a month ago and wanted to wait a little bit to leave a review to make sure its honest and I had time to have the car and make sure it was perfect. Nissan was the best experience on buying a car. I walked in about 15 minutes before they closed because my work schedule. I looked for the first person I seen which was Eric K. He was already busy finishing up for the day and still took time to look at cars with me. I was dreading talking to a salesman from my previous experiences elsewhere. He was awesome. He didn't push me anywhere he asked me what I was looking for we talked about it and he showed me what we had for options. I seen exactly what I wanted but it was on the line of my budget so I told him I needed time to think about it. I took a day or 2 to think it over he wasn't blowing my phone up or anything. He sent me a simple text that that the car was still there. I bought the car. I would tell anyone make Nissan your first option. It was relaxed no pushy sales and no b.s. Everyone I delt with there during the sales process was amazing and treated me like a guest not a customer. I greatly appreciate Nissan and more importantly Eric. It was a blessing I walked in there. Dave Beals sold me a vehicle that had a report of UNKNOWN MILEAGE and did not disclose this information to me. I have since tried to trade this vehicle in and have only been offered 1,000 for it due to it having Unknown mileage listed on the report. It was unethical for this to happen.

Alex Horwatch was my salesmen and he was AMAZING! He was incredibly helpful when I explained exactly what I wanted. We test drove immediately and he explained all of the features of the car while I was driving. We went back to the sales room and we sat down and discussed financing and what I was looking to stick around. They were able to work with me and I was right where I wanted to be financially. Alex was great to work with as was Jefferey in financing. The entire experience was 10 stars but Google only lets me pick 5! Ask for Alex if you are looking for a new car!!!

Before I got my car here I went through so many dealerships I thought I was going crazy (I quickly realized that I am VERY picky). I met Victor and he was able to show me many cars and let me drive just as many. Well was shopping and doing some research on cars I wanted to buy, and the price range on which I thought i can get approved on cause it was under 30k, so want to get a Nissan Kicks SV, which had some great reviews, it looks pretty good from the outside, so they wound up getting me approved for the Nissan Rogue, which is a higher price SUV, cause it was heavily discounted with 5000 off with 2000 towards trade in, and it holds its value and covers the trade and the bank decides which car they will approved for. I would of picked a Murano, that is a bit to high of a price they would of approve on, Had it 3 days and drove over a 100 miles already, it drives great and handles the road great, it's a good looking car and the features are good on Rogue, I never thought of even buying the Rogue but Driving it, changed my Mind about it, and Toyota SUV don't have any price under 30k, and I had an Altima in the past and it drove great, Nissan has Good Vehicles and they are good on Gas. The First Salamans greeted me but couldn't do the deal because he was in Training, so Charles took care of me and was very friendly and polite and curtesy, and professional. Give Interstate Nissan a Try, you won't be dissapointed.

I went there about a month ago to purchase a new truck. Completing the online process the day before made things a lot smoother for me. My salesman, Michael, was great. He worked with me to figure out the best deal and help me get a good trade in value for me previous vehicle. He also kept me updated through all the different steps. This is not my first vehicle purchased here and hopefully won't be the last.

Believe it or not, this is my 1st Google review. My positive experience with Interstate Nissan warranted it. I have owned 3 previous Nissan Frontier’s and although I live in the Pgh, Pa. area, I have purchased those 3 from dealerships in Ohio. I do not know why, other than supply/demand maybe, that the Pittsburgh market (specifically the North Pittsburgh market) has always been WAY above the pricing I found in Ohio making the trip well worth it. This time around, while not actively looking, I found a dealer 30 miles South of Pittsburgh that had an attractive price on a 2025 Frontier. While looking further, Interstate Nissan of Erie, Pa. had a similar deal although slightly higher and Erie is 2 hours, so I wasn’t overly optimistic but thought I would at least explore to see how the two matched up at the end of the day. After sending an inquiry online with a few questions to each dealer, Luke Perry from Interstate Nissan quickly replied answering my questions and also informed me that they were running a $2K above KBB on trade in vehicles in addition to the Nissan incentives. I told Luke that I had never received what I felt was a fair offer on trade in (always well below the KBB range) so was not hopeful of being able to pull off a deal even with the extra $2K trade in incentive and Nissan new car incentives. After a short discussion, he asked if I would at least give them the opportunity by providing some info and sending pictures of my trade. In the interim (a day later to be exact), I finally heard back from the other dealer south of Pittsburgh and had to ask about trade in incentive which they too were offering but did not provide that information until after I asked about it. So, this put a bad taste in my mouth since Luke at Interstate offered this up right away. Bottom line, this “other” dealer did provide a surprisingly attractive deal but Luke from Interstate was able to get me pennies away and his professionalism and quick follow up from the start, made my decision easy. In addition, after we agreed on a deal and timing to drive up to Erie the following day, Luke acknowledged that they had made a mistake in omitting an upgraded feature on the new Frontier I was going to be buying but they took 100% ownership of the error and stood behind the deal we had agree to. This further solidified my belief that I was making the right decision in going with Interstate Nissan. It was apparent that the lead team at this dealership has a high level of integrity which has become a scarce commodity in today’s world. I would be remiss if I did not also say how seamless and smooth the transaction went when we arrived the next day. Luke had arranged for us to meet with Charles Smith in Sales and I was just as impressed with Charles as I had been with Luke. Charles had all the details of the agreement ready to go and after meeting with him for a short time, we finalized the transaction with JR Mountain in Finance who was also of the same caliber of Luke and Charles. It was a Saturday so did not meet any of the Management of the dealership but again, based on my experience thus far, I imagine they are a solid group top to bottom. Respectfully, E Miller

I just went to interstate Nissan to get some work done on my car I own a Mitsubishi Mirage and I take it over there cause they work on Saturdays. I have to say they did an alignment and put a part on my car and found another issue interstate Nissan. The alignment crew is awesome. This car drives the way it’s supposed to absolutely flawless and whoever lined it up should get a raise Cause he does it right I have to say the professionalism of the staff and the efficiency of the Mechanic shop is the best of the best and I will always take my car there. They are true professionals they know what they’re doing every time I pull out of there it’s perfect thank you you guys.

Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had

Came here a 2 months ago in the middle of December 2024 and was just window shopping didn't think my credit and work I'd be able to get a brand new car with nothing down but Interstate Nissan found a way and i couldn't be happier with my new car it's a 2025 Nissan Kicks btw. I recommend Eric Stolar as your salesman he stayed way past closing to help me with my purchase and he got the car ready to go. He really went the extra mile and made the whole process better. You guys might just have a permanent customer as long as Nissan keeps making great looking and reliable cars thank you so much!!!

Best new car buying experience I've ever had. Looked at 5 different vehicles at the Erie Auto Show and was planning to narrow it down to what I wanted to drive. Was planning to wait until the end of the year, but when Eric Stolar told us that they were offering a huge discount on the 24 models we decided to do it now, rather than wait. Couldn't pass up the discount. Looked at the redesigned model before deciding for sure, but really liked the 24 better than the new 25 anyway. Everyone at the dealership was great. All the little extra perks, like state inspections at no charge, are an added bonus. Will definitely send our friends and family there anytime.

Had to find a new car after the one I owned had catastrophic engine failure. Spoke with Michael McDonald and found the perfect car for me.
